With more than two decades of experience in financial services, she helps entrepreneurs stop guessing and start leading with their numbers — gaining the clarity, confidence, and control they need to grow profitably and stay compliant with the IRS.
Valaise guides business owners through the ABCs of Finance: Advisory, Bookkeeping, and Compliance. Through consulting, workshops, and her signature Financial Clarity Accelerator, she simplifies financial concepts and equips entrepreneurs with the tools to make informed, strategic decisions. Through the EA Leadership Academy, she also brings deep industry knowledge, practical tools, and a heart for mentorship — guiding the next generation of Enrolled Agents toward exam success and lasting career impact.

Katrina Martin is an Enrolled Agent, tax strategist, and founder of WOW Tax & Advisory Services and WealthFlow365™, a national tax and advisory firm serving small business owners and real estate investors across the country.
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Katrina brings the same discipline and commitment to service she learned in uniform to her work as a tax professional. With deep expertise in entity structuring, S-corp strategy, partnership taxation, and real estate tax planning, she helps entrepreneurs stop overpaying and start building real wealth strategically.
Katrina founded EA Leadership Academy to do for aspiring tax professionals what it took her years to discover: a clear, practical path to earning the EA credential and building a practice worth owning. She believes the EA designation is one of the most powerful and underutilized credentials in the industry — and she's on a mission to change that.
Leri Lewis is an Enrolled Agent, Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, and NTPI Fellow with more than 30 years of experience in the tax industry. As the owner of Infinity Tax Solutions, she provides tax preparation, tax planning, IRS and state representation, and tax resolution services for individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and small business owners.
Leri is also a respected leader, educator, and advocate within the tax professional community. She serves as a Director, Presenter, and Education Coordinator for the Michigan Society of Enrolled Agents and is actively involved with the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Professionals, the National Society of Tax Professionals, and the Michigan Department of Treasury.
As co-founder of EA Leadership Academy, Leri helps educate, train, and empower current and future tax professionals. Her work combines technical tax expertise, professional advocacy, and a genuine passion for the field.
Camea Franklin-Daney is an accomplished financial educator, Enrolled Agent, Insurance Agent and respected authority in the field of accounting and taxation. With over 20 years of experience, she has built a reputation for excellence in tax compliance, resolution, and small business financial strategy — particularly within the music, media, and creative industries.
Camea earned her Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Her professional background includes leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Scripps Networks, The Word Network, and Fiat Chrysler Corporation. For more than 13 years, she served as the accounting manager for a leading independent television and radio station in the Detroit market.
Camea became a founding member of the EA Leadership Academy because she wanted to encourage others to pursue the Enrolled Agent credential and share how it transformed her career. Being part of the academy allows her to give back to the tax community, celebrate success stories, and help future Enrolled Agents build confidence, leadership skills, and rewarding careers.
